Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before the service is delivered or the digital content is downloaded. To cancel, email contact@blenndhive.com or call +380 663 715 3280. If the service has already been provided, cancellation is not possible, but you may still request a refund under this policy.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued if the service was not provided, was materially defective, or if you exercised your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, unless an exception applies. Digital content supplied immediately with your prior consent is non-refundable after download. Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to the original payment method.

3. Fees

Prices are shown in UAH or USD and include applicable taxes. We do not charge cancellation fees. Payment processors may deduct their own transaction fees, which are non-refundable.

4. Consumer rights and complaints

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", you may file a complaint with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or seek judicial protection. We aim to resolve all disputes directly; please contact us first.
