These Terms govern use of the blenndhive.com website and services. By using the site you accept them together with the Public Offer Agreement (Dohovir publichnoi oferty) and the Privacy Policy (Polityka konfidentsiinosti).

You must use the site lawfully, give accurate details, and not disrupt services or attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend access if these Terms are breached.

3. Public offer and orders

Goods and services are supplied under the Dohovir publichnoi oferty, which forms part of these Terms. Price and delivery terms are shown before checkout; the agreement is concluded when an order is confirmed.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, logos and software on this site belong to blenndhive.com, LLC or its licensors. Copying without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Personal data and cookies

Personal data is processed only with your prior consent under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh» and the Polityka konfidentsiinosti. Cookies that collect personal data are set after opt-in consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses or interruptions. This does not limit consumer rights under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv».

7. Consumer complaints

Send complaints to contact@blenndhive.com. You may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) and seek judicial protection.
