Rental Agreement
Scooter and e-bike rental terms in Ukraine
1. General
By renting a vehicle from blenndhive.com LLC, you agree to these terms.
2. Age and License
Renters must be at least 18 with valid ID. E-bikes may require a driver's license.
3. Helmets and Safety
Helmets are mandatory under 18 and recommended for all. Follow traffic rules, ride sober, avoid sidewalks.
4. Deposits and Insurance
A refundable deposit is required. Renter is liable for damage. Basic insurance included; report accidents immediately.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection', renter assumes all risks. This does not affect statutory rights.
6. Consumer Rights
Under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection', you may complain to Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba: 1 B. Hrinchenka St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine; info@dpss.gov.ua; +380 44 279 12 70. You may also seek judicial protection.
7. Public Offer and Privacy
This is a Public Offer Agreement under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' and the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection'. Personal data processed per Privacy Policy and Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection'. Prior consent for cookies obtained.
